For the past 25+ years, Ravi has been helping customers in Banking, Financials, Insurance, and Healthcare industries. Ravi shares a deep passion with his co-founding team for enabling businesses to monetize their data. His vision and mission are to build DATAECONOMY to be known for its thought leadership, innovation, and solutions. Ravi's top goal is to provide innovative and affordable services to clients and help them realize ROI for their data initiatives. Ravi holds an MBA from Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University, and an undergraduate degree from JNT University, India.
Reginald Mathews

Reginald(“Regi”) Mathews, a technology strategist and a core engineer with 20+years of deep experience in Data & Analytics space. Prior to embarking on DATAECONOMY journey, he had served as Head of Data & Analytics for BFS at TCS where he handled 53+ clients with an annual deal target of $200M, led the expansion and adoption of next generation technologies in the areas of Big data, cloud, AI/Machine learning, GraphDB, Data Governance, and DevOps. Regi is a big proponent of Eco-system led approach for building innovative solutions and Utility-based approach for building scale in terms people and technology. Regi holds a dual MBA from Edith Cowen, Australia, and Bharthidasan, Trichy, India.
Siva Kondamadugula

Siva Kondamadugula has 25+ years of a stellar track record of bringing value-added services and building lasting customer relationships in BFS space. Prior to this, Siva worked with Tata Infotech Ltd and TCS for ~23 years in various technology, delivery and sales leadership roles. Siva has strong technology solutions background including IT Strategy, Operating Model Redesign and Digital Transformation. Siva has built and lead large global teams for successful delivery execution with the ability to sustain positive and collaborative work environment fostering team performance. Siva holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada, India.
Jawahar Tedla
Managing Director and Head of India Operations
Jawahar Tedla is very respected and strong technology solutions and delivery leader. He brings in 22+ Years of IT Solutions delivery experience across Banking and Insurance industries. Prior to joining DATAECONOMY, Jawahar worked with Tata Consultancy Services leading the delivery for one of the largest banks in the USA where he lead solutions and delivery for USD 80M+ portfolio and built a 350+ Data Experts team in Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Governance areas. Jawahar has expertise in setting up Global Delivery Centers and establishing processes for delivery excellence. Jawahar holds a Master of Technology degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India
Wesley Harry
Leadership Team
Wesley Harris is a native North Carolinian, raised in rural Alexander and Iredell Counties. The son of a public school teacher and a local banker, Wesley graduated UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics, and went on to earn a PhD in Economics from Clemson University, focusing on political economy and public finance. After his stint teaching at the University of South Carolina, Wesley decided to enter the private sector as an Economist in Boston; but his heart remained in North Carolina. Wesley returned to North Carolina in 2016, moving to Charlotte and was elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives in 2018, where he continues to serve the people of District 105 in South Charlotte in the North Carolina General Assembly. Outside of the Legislature Wesley is an Economic Consultant and an Adjunct Professor of Economics at UNC-Charlotte.
Paul Hlivko
Leadership Team
Paul Hlivko is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Experience Officer for Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, overseeing a $90-million budget and a team of 700 technology and customer experience professionals. As CTO, he leads software engineering, business analysis, architecture, data and analytics, and production operations. As CXO, he leads experience strategy, user experience design, research, and digital. Before Wellmark, he served in technology and program management leadership roles within PNC Financial Services and First Niagara Bank, directing multiple $250-million transformation programs. Earlier in his career, he founded two startups — a digital imaging company and an internet consulting business.
